Extra ways to help your kiddo:
This week we will be focusing on multiplication of 2s and 3s. Having flashcard practice a few times a week is super helpful for them to memorize those facts.
We are also learning about some unit relationships:
60 seconds = 1 minute60 minutes = 1 hour24 hours = 1 day
12 inches = 1 foot3 feet = 1 yard36 inches = 1 yard
These are a challenge for some students. And we see these unit relationships and build upon them all year. So frequent practice with them will go a long way.
